  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic3 unit(s)
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste
  • Chopped Green Smell to taste
  • Cottage cheese200 g
  • Oregano to taste
  1. Cook the chicken breast, shred and set aside
  2. Fry the onion, garlic and tomato and add the paprika
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste, add the shredded chicken and stir well to incorporate the seasoning well, let it boil
  4. After cooking, mix the curd and the green smell
  5. In the blender, beat the wheat flour, oil, milk, eggs and salt, finally put the yeast
  6. Put the dough in greased and floured shape and put the stuffing, cover with the rest of the dough and sprinkle oregano
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
