- grated mozzarella150 g
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Yeast1 dessert spoon
- In a refractory place the eggs, the sweet sprinkle (preferably homemade) the grated mozzarella and the salt and mix well until smooth. (if it gets a little sticky it's normal) Add the yeast and mix well. Place in cupcake molds or bake in a pierced cake pan at 200 degrees until golden. Enjoy your food!!
