Wheat flour2.5 cup
Butter3 tablespoon
Light cream3 tablespoon
Salt1 coffee spoon
Shredded chicken breast400 g
Cottage cheese4 tablespoon
Gem1 unit(s)

Mix the wheat flour, salt, butter and cream with your hands, until you get a very smooth and homogeneous dough. Wrap in plastic wrap and place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Prepare the stuffing by seasoning the chicken to taste (I use salt, sweet paprika, black pepper and oregano) and mix it with the curd.
Roll out the dough between 2 sheets of plastic and line a detachable form.
Put the stuffing - you can put a layer of catupiry on top of the creamy chicken - and cover with more dough.
Brush with an egg yolk and bake until golden!
