  • Wheat | 500 g

  • Oil or olive oil | 1/2 cup
  • Sugar | 2 tablespoon
  • Salt | 1 tablespoon
  • Organic Yeast | 10 g
  • Warm water | 2 cup


  1. In a bowl put the yeast, salt, sugar, oil, egg and water and mix well.
  2. Gradually add the wheat and mix until firm. Place the dough on a floured surface and knead well for 5 minutes.
  3. Let it rest until it doubles in volume. about 45 minutes
  4. Make the buns and brush the egg yolk with a silicone brush. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° For approximately 35 minutes until golden
