- Organic Dry Yeast5 g
- Sugar1 teaspoon
- Wheat flour300 g
- In a bowl, place all the ingredients except the flour.
- After mixing everything, add the flour.
- Pass to a clean and smooth surface and solve until it detaches from your hands.
- Transfer to a mold and let it rest for up to 30 minutes.
- Then make balls the size of your liking.
- Beat an egg and brush over the buns.
- Bake in the oven until golden, about 15 minutes.
