- cornmeal80 g
- Wheat Flour280 g
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Sugar50 g
- Warm water150 ml
- Margarine70 g
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Dry yeast10 g
- I started mixing the liquid ingredients with the yeast and added the dry ones, kneaded the dough for 5 minutes
- Cover with a cloth and let rest for 30 minutes or until doubled in size.
- Open the dough with a rolling pin, roll it up, put it in a greased bread pan, cover it and let it rest for another 20 minutes.
- Before baking, I sprinkled cornmeal on top, baked for 35 minutes at 200°
