Wheat Flour150 g
Sugar1 tablespoon
Baking Powder3 teaspoon
Egg2 unit(s)
Milk1 cup
Melted butter2 tablespoon
Pinch of salt1 unit(s)
Oil to taste

Mix in a bowl the flour, yeast, sugar and salt
In another bowl, mix the eggs, milk and butter
Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ones (without stirring too much)
The dough should be ready to drain slowly (not too liquid)
Heat a frying pan, grease it with oil and place the dough in the center
Flip the dough to brown on both sides.
Place the pancakes on a plate, and decorate with honey, banana slices and chocolate squares (or whatever you like)
