- Bring the chicken broth to a boil, when it boils, add the wheat flour little by little and stir very quickly to unroll.
- When it's scalded very hard, remove it from the fire and place it on a smooth bench, with wheat flour.
- While still hot, add the butter and with your hands, dissolve the dough.
- When it's very smooth, start modeling, make a circle, place the chicken in the middle, and close in the shape of a drumstick.
- Once done, fry in hot oil, or freeze.
