  • Sweet Potato | 2 unit(s)
  • Butter at room temperature | 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil | 2 tablespoon
  • Onion | 1/2 unit(s)
  • Minced garlic | 2 dessert spoon
  • Chopped tomato without skin and seeds | 1 unit(s)
  • Chicken Breast | 1/4 unit(s)
  • Cream Cheese | 2 tablespoon
  • Salt |  to taste
  • Black pepper |  to taste
  • Green smell |  to taste
  • Oat bran or flaxseed meal | 4 tablespoon


  1. Pasta: Cook the potatoes and mash while still hot, mix in the butter and set aside.
  2. Stuffing: In a pan, place the oil, garlic, onion, and sauté lightly. Add the tomato, sauce (or pulp) and chicken, sauté a little longer. Finally, add the curd, the seasonings you want and adjust the salt. The filling needs to be very dry.
  3. Coxinhas: Model the drumsticks using the potato dough and fill with chicken, pass them in the oat bran and take it to the Air Fryer until golden. About 15 minutes. It can also be baked in the oven.
