- Mash the potatoes and place on top of a sheet of parchment paper, place the stuffing and close the sheet molding the shape of the coxinha.

- Tip: To make it easier, you can prepare the potatoes in the microwave, poke holes all over the potato, soak and wrap in a sheet of paper napkin, microwave for 3 minutes, turn and put another 3 minutes.
