  • Tomato without skin and without seeds1 unit(s)
  • Tablet or bag of seasoning ready to taste1 unit(s)
  • Chopped parsley1 tablespoon
  • Pasta: Chicken broth1 l
  • Margarine1 tablespoon
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Crushed garlic1 to taste
  • Chopped Parsley1 tablespoon
  • boiled and mashed potato400 g
  • Urban rice flour400 g
  • Ready seasoning1 to taste
  • Cornmeal100 g
  1. Stuffing: Cook the chicken in water with garlic and salt. After cooling, shred the chicken. Sauté the onion, garlic, tomatoes and the seasoning with salt in hot oil and olive oil, add the chicken, mixing well. Turn off and add the parsley
  2. Pasta: Dissolve the chicken stock with the margarine, seasoning, salt, parsley and potato
  3. Add the rice flour little by little, stirring until it comes off the pan and let it cool in a bowl and knead the dough.
  4. Open it in hand in small circles
  5. Put the stuffing and knead to get in the shape of the coxinha
  6. Soak the coxinha in water, pass the cornmeal and fry in very hot oil, leaving them golden.
