- Sweet potato (I prefer the white one) but the purple one works too.300 g
- Ricotta Cream3 tablespoon
- Diced desalted beef200 g
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic Cloves5 unit(s)
- Chives to taste
- Salt to taste
- Coconut oil1 tablespoon
- Flaxseed flour for breading to taste
- Cook the potatoes with salt. When they are very soft, drain, mash them with a fork and mix the ricotta. Reserve
- In a pressure cooker, fry the onion in coconut oil. Then add the garlic and wait for it to brown.
- Place the meat in a saddle on all sides and add water until it passes about 4 fingers above the meat. Close the pan.
- When the cooker gets pressure, leave it for another 15 minutes. Drain the water and shred the meat, add the chives.
- Make a ball with the potato dough, open a hole and fill with the meat..
- Dip in flaxseed flour and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden.
- 2nd OPTION is to mix the meat with the potato mass. It tastes pretty good too.
