Dried meat and sweet potato dumplings

  • Sweet potato (I prefer the white one) but the purple one works too.300 g
  • Ricotta Cream3 tablespoon
  • Diced desalted beef200 g
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic Cloves5 unit(s)
  • Chives to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Coconut oil1 tablespoon
  • Flaxseed flour for breading to taste
  1. Cook the potatoes with salt. When they are very soft, drain, mash them with a fork and mix the ricotta. Reserve
  2. In a pressure cooker, fry the onion in coconut oil. Then add the garlic and wait for it to brown.
  3. Place the meat in a saddle on all sides and add water until it passes about 4 fingers above the meat. Close the pan.
  4. When the cooker gets pressure, leave it for another 15 minutes. Drain the water and shred the meat, add the chives.
  5. Make a ball with the potato dough, open a hole and fill with the meat..
  6. Dip in flaxseed flour and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden.
  7. 2nd OPTION is to mix the meat with the potato mass. It tastes pretty good too.
