Wheat flour

Misture a farinha, manteiga, fermento e o açúcar e a mistura com o leite e ovo solve a massa e deixe descansar por 20 minutos 

Mix the flour, butter, yeast and sugar and the mixture with the milk and egg dissolves the dough and let it rest for 20 minutes.

Abra a massa e use 2 copos de tamanho diferente 

Roll out the dough and use 2 different size cups

Faça discos com um copo maior ,e faça um furo no meio com o copo menor 

Make discs with a larger cup, and make a hole in the middle with the smaller cup.

Feito isso coloque o óleo pra esquentar e frite as rosquinhas até ficar dourada.

Once this is done, heat the oil and fry the donuts until golden.
