Organic Dry Yeast
1/2 coffee spoon
1 dessert spoon
Place the milk in the oven until lukewarm to cold. Put the milk in a bowl and add the yeast. Mix well with the fuê.
Add the salt, sugar, eggs and vanilla essence and mix well with the whisk.
Add the flour and mix with your hands. It will be a hard mass and will not be completely homogeneous. Take it anyway to rest for 15 min. Cover the bowl with a dish towel and place it in a very warm and reserved place like the oven (off).
After letting it rest, sprinkle a surface with wheat flour and start working the dough, at that moment add the butter. Knead the dough for about 20 min by hand or use the mixer with a hook for about 12 min. The dough needs to be very smooth, velvety and elastic.
When you have the smooth dough, form a ball, cover with a dish towel and take it for another 50 minutes to rest inside the oven (off).
Once it has risen well, doubled in size, roll out the dough with a rolling pin to a thickness of 1 finger or so and cut out the donuts with the cutter or a glass. If you prefer, you can model directly with your hands.
With the donuts already modeled, place them on top of a parchment paper and let it rest for another 15 min. They will grow some more.
Take them to fry in oil to a temp. 180 degrees more or less. The oil can't be too hot if it doesn't burn and cook inside. Remove when golden.
Donuts can also be baked in an oven at 230 degrees until golden brown.
Decorate using creativity. You can cover with chocolate and confectionery, pass the sugar. You can fill them with sweets.
