Amasse todos os ingredientes, colocando a farinha de trigo por último;aos poucos,até o ponto de enrolar. 

Knead all the ingredients, putting the wheat flour last; gradually, until the point of curling.

Enrole ,frite em óleo com fogo baixo até ficar douradinho .

Roll up, fry in oil over low heat until golden brown.

Depois passe um pouco de canela em pó (a gosto).

Then pass some cinnamon powder (to taste).
