Ingredients

  • Ground beef | 400 g
  • Onion | 1 unit(s)
  • Tomato sauce | 50 g
  • Cheese |  to taste
  • Pita bread |  to taste
  • Eggs | 6 unit(s)
  • Olive oil |  to taste
  • Parsley |  to taste
  • Pepper |  to taste
  • paprika |  to taste
  • Cumin |  to taste
  • Thyme |  to taste
  • Salt |  to taste

Recipe

  1. Fry the onion, finely chopped for 2 minutes over moderate heat. We add salt. Add the minced meat, fry for 10 minutes over moderate heat. Season with black pepper, paprika, cumin and thyme.
  2. Add the tomato puree, leave for 2 minutes on low heat. We break the eggs. Dip the pita bread into the beaten eggs. Cut just one side to the center of the bread.
  3. Serve with minced meat, grated cheese and parsley. Fold them into a triangle and dip them in the beaten eggs.
  4. Arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle them with a little grated cheese. Place in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes.
