- 1-Gather the ingredients and wash the cucumber and apple well, as they will be used with the skin in this slimming juice recipe. 2-Chop the cucumber and apple into pieces and put it in the blender. Add the water, the juice of half a lemon and the mint and beat very well for 2-3 minutes, to crush everything very well. 3-Even after grinding it well, your detox juice may have a few pieces of cucumber and apple peel. If you prefer, you can pass the juice through a sieve before consuming it, however I advise you not to filter these pieces because they are beneficial for digestion. 4-preparation, to better enjoy the benefits and flavor. It does not serve as a meal replacement and should be taken after dinner, to help cleanse and detoxify the body during sleep. Try it and tell us what you think!
