  • Tuscan Sausage2 kg
  • Mozzarella500 g
  • Plastic film to taste
  1. Remove the sausage film.
  2. In a round shape line with plastic film
  3. Place a layer of sausage (without the film) and model it according to shape.
  4. Place the layer of mozzarella and finish with a last layer with the rest of the sausage.
  5. Model leaving the mozzarella not visible, so it doesn't drip when it melts.
  6. Take it to the freezer until it's firm.
  7. Remove from shape and plastic, and take the grill.
  8. After it is roasted and golden, help yourself.
