- Tuscan Sausage2 kg
- Mozzarella500 g
- Plastic film to taste
- Remove the sausage film.
- In a round shape line with plastic film
- Place a layer of sausage (without the film) and model it according to shape.
- Place the layer of mozzarella and finish with a last layer with the rest of the sausage.
- Model leaving the mozzarella not visible, so it doesn't drip when it melts.
- Take it to the freezer until it's firm.
- Remove from shape and plastic, and take the grill.
- After it is roasted and golden, help yourself.
