- grated mozzarella | 500 g
- 1 packet of cornstarch | 250 g
- Eggs | 3 unit(s)
- Cottage cheese | 1 tablespoon
- Provolone | 2 tablespoon
- Parmesan | 3 tablespoon
- Salt | to taste
- Mix all the ingredients with your hands until everything is well mixed.
