• 1 packet of cornstarch | 250 g
• Eggs | 3 unit(s)
• Cottage cheese | 1 tablespoon
• Provolone | 2 tablespoon
• Parmesan | 3 tablespoon
• Salt |  to taste

Recipe

1. Mix all the ingredients with your hands until everything is well mixed. Make balls and refrigerate for 10 minutes. Then fry in hot oil until golden.
