  • Oil2 tablespoon
  • Chopped Onion1/3 cup
  • Chopped parsley2 tablespoon
  • Leftover roast beef1/2 kg
  • Water1/3 cup
  • Wheat flour1 tablespoon
  • Beaten egg1 unit(s)
  • Breadcrumbs2 cup
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste
  1. In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the onion and parsley. Transfer to a food processor and add the meat. Add water and grind. Transfer to a pan and sprinkle with a little flour. Season with salt and pepper and bring to the fire, stirring constantly, until it starts to come away from the bottom of the pan. If necessary add more flour. Let cool. With wet hands, shape the croquettes and pass them through the egg and breadcrumbs. Fry a few croquettes at a time in the hot oil until golden. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. serve
