Cooked beef, cut into pieces, if there is any cooking liquid left, mix it with the beef broth

In a food processor, pulse the meat until finely ground. In a pan, place the ground beef, wheat flour and beef stock over medium heat and cook, stirring constantly, for five minutes or until thickened. If desired, season with salt and pepper.
Spread the dough on a platter and let it cool. With 1/2 tablespoon (soup) of this dough, shape the croquettes. Coat them in the beaten eggs and then in the breadcrumbs. In a medium saucepan, heat the oil over high heat.
