  • Shredded beef300 g
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • Bread flour to taste
  • Frying Oil400 ml
  • Panko Flour300 g
  1. Use shredded meat, preferably leftover from some other preparation. Best options: Rump, Termite, Diaper, etc.
  2. Sauté the meat in a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil, the onion chopped into very small cubes, the finely chopped garlic... Season with salt and pepper to taste
  3. After well sautéed, let it cool and add the smallest amount possible to give the mixture a binder.
  4. Make small balls, or shape of preference, pass the beaten egg and then the panko flour
  5. Fry by immersion in oil at a temperature of 180ºC
  6. Tip: If you want to add creaminess, add curd or béchamel to the stir-fry
