- Flour30 g
- Butter30 g
- Parmesan Cheese50 g
- Salt to taste
- Snack with the bread, mozzarella cheese and ham
- For the Bechamel Sauce: In a pan, melt the butter, add the flour and stir just until a cookie smells. Add the milk (it has to be cold) little by little and stir until it thickens to the nape point (run your finger behind the spoon, if the sauce doesn't come back, it's ready.
- Place the snack on a platter and pour the sauce on top.
- Finish with Parmesan Cheese and bake until golden.
