- Freshly grated Parmesan2 cup
- Carrot1/2 unit(s)
- Seedless Zucchini1/2 unit(s)
- Chia1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Seasonings to taste
- Mix all the ingredients until it forms a dough. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Line a baking sheet with baking paper and arrange the dough. Just take a tablespoon full of dough, put it on the baking sheet and knead it into a disk. Repeat the process until the dough is very thin, as if it were pizza.
- Bake at 180°C for 8 minutes and leave to cool in the oven. The goal is to make it crispy.
