- Water1 cup
- Olive oil1/4 cup
- Oregano2 tablespoon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wash the potatoes well and take to the fire whole without removing the skins, let it cook until they are soft. When it cools down a little, remove the peel, cut into sticks. Place the water, olive oil, oregano, salt and pepper in a blender, mix well and pour the mixture into a bowl. Pass the cut potatoes in the mixture, place in a greased shape and take it to the oven at 180°C until golden. serve. Enjoy your food!
