- Wheat flour2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying to taste
- Wash the potatoes, peel them and then cut them into strips, after cutting, put them in the freezer for 10 minutes. Remove from the freezer and dry the potatoes with a cloth or paper. That done, pass the potatoes in the wheat flour and drop them little by little in the hot oil. Place to dry on paper towels and add the salt or grated cheese.
