Egg for breading1 unit(s)
Wheat flour for dusting1 cup
Water1/2 cup
Salt for dusting to taste
Breadcrumbs for dusting to taste

Mix all the ingredients to season the chicken.
Make a mixture with the wheat flour, salt, water and egg until you form a soft cake with the consistency of cake dough and pass the already seasoned coxinhas.
Dip the coxinha in breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
