  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Tapioca Flour2 tablespoon
  • White Sesame1 tablespoon
  • Tuna1/2 can(s)
  • Tomato1/2 unit(s)
  • Green smell (cilantro, or parsley or chives, or even all 3 together) to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Chimi churry seasonings and hot paprika (or you can use whatever you like best) to taste
  1. Place the egg, the tapioca flour and the sesame in a bowl, mix everything with a whisk or fork, place in the hot skillet without grease, bake on one side, turn and bake on the other on low heat, add the ingredients for the stuffing, it's just fold it in half and eat warm! Look divine!
