  • Tapioca2 tablespoon
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • Thread of olive oil to taste
  • Banana cut into slices1 unit(s)
  • Peanut Butter1 dessert spoon
  • Butter1 teaspoon
  1. In a bowl beat the eggs with a fork, add the tapioca, salt, pepper and mix.
  2. Place the nonstick skillet over low heat, drizzle with oil and rotate the skillet to grease the entire bottom. Add the egg mixture, cover the skillet and cook for about 3 minutes. Flip the crepioca and cook the other side for 2 minutes. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
  3. Place the skillet over medium heat, add the butter and the banana. Let like both sides.
  4. Pass the peanut butter on the crepioca, put the banana and sprinkle cinnamon powder.
  5. Ready!!!
