- Tapioca2 tablespoon
- Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Cinnamon to taste
- Thread of olive oil to taste
- Banana cut into slices1 unit(s)
- Peanut Butter1 dessert spoon
- Butter1 teaspoon
- In a bowl beat the eggs with a fork, add the tapioca, salt, pepper and mix.
- Place the nonstick skillet over low heat, drizzle with oil and rotate the skillet to grease the entire bottom. Add the egg mixture, cover the skillet and cook for about 3 minutes. Flip the crepioca and cook the other side for 2 minutes. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
- Place the skillet over medium heat, add the butter and the banana. Let like both sides.
- Pass the peanut butter on the crepioca, put the banana and sprinkle cinnamon powder.
- Ready!!!
