  • Amaranth Flakes2 tablespoon
  • spinach leaves1 cup
  • Salt0 to taste
  1. Mix all the ingredients (I used a mini food processor for the spinach to color the dough).
  2. Place your dough in a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil and on low heat let it get very firm before turning.
  3. Then fill as you wish.
