Ingredients

  • Banana of your choice | 1 unit(s)
  • Eggs | 2 unit(s)
  • Flaked or fine oatmeal | 4 tablespoon
  • Ready tapioca gum | 2 tablespoon
  • Add ricotta light or honey to taste on top |  to taste

Recipe

  1. Mash the banana well
  2. Add the other ingredients
  3. Grease a skillet with butter
  4. Put it in the skillet as if you were going to make a pancake of it on both sides and that's it.
  5. Add honey or ricotta cream on top and just taste
