Crepioca with oatmeal with ricotta cream

- Banana of your choice | 1 unit(s)
- Eggs | 2 unit(s)
- Flaked or fine oatmeal | 4 tablespoon
- Ready tapioca gum | 2 tablespoon
- Add ricotta light or honey to taste on top | to taste
- Mash the banana well
- Add the other ingredients
- Grease a skillet with butter
- Put it in the skillet as if you were going to make a pancake of it on both sides and that's it.
- Add honey or ricotta cream on top and just taste
