- salt and pepper0 to taste
- Beat the egg, add the tapioca, the flour and season with salt and pepper.
- In a frying pan, put a thread of olive oil and add the crepioca dough, sprinkle chia seeds.
- When it starts to get really hard, turn it to brown on both sides.
- Note: I make it in a large skillet to get very thin.
- To fill, I made a mixture with: • 1/2 cup shredded chicken breast • 1 spoon of homemade ricotta cream • 1/4 cup cooked spinach • salt and pepper • 1 tablespoon of toasted almonds
