- Tapioca Gum2 tablespoon
- Seasoning to taste
- Stuffing to taste
- In a container, beat the egg well, the egg with the seasoning, add the gum and beat again until it's very homogeneous.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil, pour the mixture. Let it cook for a few seconds and turn, put the stuffing you prefer and close. FILLING TIP: ham, cheese and oregano, chicken with cottage cheese, banana with cinnamon, strawberry with Nutella. Or, whatever you have in your fridge 😋 will be great.
