  • Flour1 cup
  • Milk (1 ½)1 cup
  • Egg2 unit(s)
  • Salt1 coffee spoon
  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender. Place a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
  2. As soon as it warms up spread the margarine, and place ½ cup of cream over the frying pan, making circular movements to spread it all over the base.
  3. As soon as you lift some bubbles and let go of the bottom, turn around and wait for the other side to brown.
  4. Place them on an oven rack or baking sheet to cool well before placing one on top of the other.
  5. Ready! If you want to vary it with jellies and sweets, add 1 tablespoon of sugar to the dough.
  6. Stuffing is your preference, from meats to cheeses and eggs. I hope you enjoy! Enjoy.
