- Condensed milk395 ml
- Sour cream200 ml
- Corn starch3 tablespoon
- Melted margarine1 tablespoon
- coconut milk200 ml
- Baking Powder1 dessert spoon
- In a bowl add the eggs and condensed milk mix well. Then add the melted margarine and the cream and also the freshly grated coconut and mix all the ingredients well.
- Add the coconut milk with the corn starch. (Dissolve cornstarch in coconut milk) Mix all the ingredients well and take it to a greased shape with margarine or butter.
- After involving all the ingredients well, put the dough in the shape and take it to the oven at 200° for 30 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool and cut into slices and serve, sure everyone will like it.
