- Whole milk1000 ml
- Natural Yogurt with Honey1 unit(s)
- Put 1 liter of whole milk in a medium pan, or whatever you prefer, wait for it to be warm, and add the glass of natural yogurt with honey (obs. I used the Nethé), it can be any.
- Then, turn off the heat and stir the contents gently.
- Leave to rest in the pan in the oven overnight.
- The next morning, transfer to a glass refractory, it becomes very consistent.
- Add the fruit of your choice and just delight in this wonder.
