Mungunzá corn

Cow's milk or boxed milk

Condensed milk

grated coconut

Coconut milk

Creamy mogunza (homney)

Em uma tigela de vidro adicione o milho de mungunzá, e logo após água fervente quatro dedos acima do milho tampe e deixe descansar por uma hora.

In a glass bowl add the mungunzá corn, and after boiling water four fingers above the corn cover and let it rest for an hour.

Passado o tempo escorra o milho da água, coloque o milho em uma panela de pressão, em seguida coloque água passandno uns três dedos acima do milho, feche a panela de pressão e deixe cozinhar por 25 minutos.

After the time, drain the corn from the water, put the corn in a pressure cooker, then put water passing it about three fingers above the corn, close the pressure cooker and let it cook for 25 minutes.

Desligue o fogo, retire toda pressão veja se está cozido e escorra novamente  a água.

Turn off the heat, remove all pressure, see if it is cooked and drain the water again.

Depois que escorrer toda água, volte com o milho para a panela de pressão e adicione o leite, a lata de leite condensado, coco ralado, leite de coco, e uma pitada de sal..


After all the water has drained, return the corn to the pressure cooker and add the milk, the can of condensed milk, grated coconut, coconut milk, and a pinch of salt.


Tampe a panela de pressão e leve ao fogo por mais 10 minutos.

Cover the pressure cooker and heat for another 10 minutes.

Retire do fogo veja se está no ponto certo, se não estiver adicione mais leite e deixe cozinhar por mais alguns minutos.

Remove from the heat and see if it is at the right point, if not, add more milk and let it cook for a few more minutes.
