  • Corn2 can(s)
  • Egg4 unit(s)
  • Sugar2 cup
  • Oil1 cup
  • Natural yogurt or milk2 cup
  • Millarina, flaked corn flour or cornmeal2 cup
  • Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Butter or margarine1 tablespoon
  • Wheat2 tablespoon
  1. Grease the mold with butter and wheat flour and set aside.
  2. Hit the blender for about three minutes: corn, eggs, milk, oil and sugar.
  3. In a bowl add this mixture the cornmeal or milarina, mix well. Add the yeast and mix some more.
  4. Transfer all this to the already greased shape and take it to the preheated oven.
  5. Cook for 15 minutes on high heat and then for another 20 minutes on low heat.
  6. Test with a fork to see if it's good. If it comes out clean, the cake is ready.
