Ingredients

  • Demerara sugar | 1 cup
  • Eggs | 4 unit(s)
  • Oil | 100 ml
  • Canned corn | 1 unit(s)
  • Milk | 250 ml
  • Coconut milk | 50 ml
  • Cornmeal | 1 cup
  • Wheat Flour | 3 tablespoon
  • Salt | 1 coffee spoon
  • Baking Powder | 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon Juice | 1 unit(s)

Recipe

  1. Blend the oil, eggs, sugar and corn in a blender for 5 minutes.
  2. Add milk and coconut milk. Gradually add the flour, salt and cornmeal. Beat well.
  3. Lastly add the lemon juice and after hitting add the baking soda. Use the pulse function only to mix the yeast
  4. Cover the shape with aluminum paper and take it to the preheated oven for 50 minutes (180 degrees).
