- Demerara sugar | 1 cup

- Canned corn | 1 unit(s)
- Milk | 250 ml
- Coconut milk | 50 ml
- Cornmeal | 1 cup
- Wheat Flour | 3 tablespoon
- Salt | 1 coffee spoon
- Baking Powder | 1 tablespoon
- Lemon Juice | 1 unit(s)
Recipe
- Blend the oil, eggs, sugar and corn in a blender for 5 minutes.
- Add milk and coconut milk. Gradually add the flour, salt and cornmeal. Beat well.
- Lastly add the lemon juice and after hitting add the baking soda. Use the pulse function only to mix the yeast
- Cover the shape with aluminum paper and take it to the preheated oven for 50 minutes (180 degrees).
