- Instant coffee50 g
- Sugar2 cup
- boiling water1 cup
- Cinnamon to taste
- Put 1 cup of water on the fire to boil.
- While the water is boiling you will mix the sugar, cinnamon (I put a lot because I like it) and the coffee in the mixer. Mix the dry ingredients with a spoon.
- Add the boiling water on top of the ingredients in your mixer. Beat on high speed (I hit speed 4 on my mixer), let beat until super creamy (it took about 6 minutes max).
- Use your creativity. Chocolate shavings on top, cocoa powder... I'll be back with more news.
- OBS: put it in a jar with a lid in the freezer that will last up to 3 months and don't worry, it doesn't freeze and it's still tasty. It makes a lot!
