- Hot water200 ml
- Sugar2 cup
- Put all the ingredients in the mixer, add the hot water last. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
- Place in a refractory and leave to store in the freezer. It doesn't lose its creaminess.
- Add 1 tablespoon of hot milk. It is delicious and very creamy and with the flavor of coffee.
