- Soluble coffee50 g
- refined sugar2 cup
- Boiling water2 cup
- In a bowl, mix instant coffee with sugar.
- Add boiling water and beat everything for 10 minutes in a mixer.
- Store in a glass jar in the freezer for 24 hours. Serve 2 tsp with hot milk. Add a pinch of cinnamon to taste.
