- In the regular mixer: beat for 3 minutes at minimum speed and then another 15 minutes at maximum speed.. In the Planetary mixer: beat for about 10 minutes on medium speed.
- After it's ready, store it in the freezer, it doesn't freeze, it stays in that hyper creamy texture. Suggested use: In a glass of warm milk, put two spoons of this coffee. No need to sweeten. You can add cinnamon or chocolate powder if you prefer..
