- Refined sugar2 cup
- Warm water1 cup
- Put all the ingredients in the mixer.
- Beat for 15 minutes at maximum speed and 10 minutes at minimum.
- Until it doubles in volume and gets very creamy.
- Place in an ice cream bowl and place in the freezer.
- Lasts for 2 months, does not freeze or lose its creamy texture.
- Serve with hot milk.
