Ingredients
- Instant coffee (a packet of Nescafé) | 50 g
- Boiling water | 1 cup
- Sugar | 2 cup
Recipe
- In the mixer, put the hot water, sugar and instant coffee;
- Then beat in the mixer for approximately 15 minutes or until it gets very voluminous and very creamy;
- Transfer the creamy cappuccino to a bowl or container with a lid and store in the fridge for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
- When serving it's simple: Place 2 tablespoons of creamy cappuccino in 200 ml of milk;
- Mix well until everything dissolves;
- If desired, garnish with cinnamon stick or ground cinnamon (it's delicious).
