- Butter1 tablespoon
- Sugar2 cup
- Corn starch1 cup
- Salt (pinch) to taste
- Wheat flour3 cup
- Baking powder2 tablespoon
- In a bowl, mix the cream, butter, egg and sugar.
- Then add the cornstarch, salt, baking powder and mix well.
- Finally, add the wheat flour little by little until the dough comes away from your hands.
- Shape the donuts the way you want and sprinkle granulated sugar on one side of the donut.
- Place the donuts in an oiled pan with the sugared side facing up.
- Bake in a preheated oven until golden.
- Remove from the oven and while still hot, remove the donuts from the form.
- Wait to cool and serve.
