  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Peanut Flour3 tablespoon
  • Quino flakes2 tablespoon
  • Xylitol1 tablespoon
  • Chemical Yeast1 coffee spoon
  • Dried Cranberry to taste
  1. In a bowl beat the egg, and mix the peanut flour, quinoa flakes and xylitol;
  2. Mix well and add the yeast, and the dehydrated cranberries;
  3. Baked in the airfryer at 170 degrees for approximately 15 minutes.
  4. Note: You can replace the cranberries with raisins or chocolate chips.
