  • milk (can be water too)600 ml

  1. In a pan, bring the milk and oil to a boil.
  2. In a bowl, pour the sprinkle and gradually pour the milk and boiled oil, and mix with a wooden spoon, after the dough is well scalded, let it cool so as not to scald the eggs.
  3. Once cool, add the cheese, salt and mix well.
  4. After adding the eggs, 1 by 1, and mixing well with your hands (the dough is a little soft), cut the tip of the sprinkle bag you used and put the dough inside with the help of the wooden spoon.
  5. Squeeze in shape modeling as you prefer (I made it in toothpick shape) and you don't need to grease the shape.
  6. Place in a preheated oven at 210 degrees for about 25 minutes (or when they are golden brown underneath).
