Place the Flocão mixed with the salt in a platter covering all the dough with cold water and let it rest.
Cut the bacon into cubes and fry in the oil.
Release the Flocão and place in a round container (greased), which can go in the microwave.
Then put half of the dough and add a little margarine on top and some slices of cheese, then put the rest of the dough.
Microwave for 2 minutes and 30 and unmold onto a plate of your choice.
Once unmolded, take the bacon that is already fried, put the rest of the sliced cheese around and on top.
