- Couscous flour to taste
- Desalted dried meat to taste
- Onion to taste
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Hydrate the couscous flour with water until it comes to a point, add the salt and let it rest for 8 minutes.
- Meanwhile, put the water to boil in the couscous pan when it boils add the hydrated couscous flour and cover and let it cook until it gets fluffy
- Cut the dried meat already desalted into cubes and slice onions, place in a frying pan with oil and fry
- Remove the couscous from the couscous pan and put it in a container and add the fried jerky with onion and it's ready to serve...
